How to Ship Your Custom Battery?
The logistics companies we work with are strong. Currently, depending on your destination and order, we are able to provide options such as air freight, sea freight, express delivery, rail transport and trucking.
What is your MOQ?
If it is our existing standard product, there is no moq requirement.
If it is a custom product, there is a MOQ requirement. However, the MOQ varies from material to material and you can contact us for specific information.
How do I know whether you've shipped my order or not?
Tracking NO. will be offered as soon as your order be shipped out. Before that, our sales will be there to check the packing status, photo of the order and let you know the detail shipment information.
Which incoterms you usually take?
Normally, train/sea will be DDP. And if you have your own shipping agent in China, EXW is supported (we can send your goods to your agent's warehouse).
